What is the referral process to be considered for the Fayette County DUI Court?

Referrals are screened through the Office of the Solicitor-General. Please have your attorney contact them to see if you legally qualify to be a candidate.

How long should I expect to be in this program?

The program averages 12-18 months depending on the risk and needs of the participant

Will I get to keep my license?

Please keep in mind that each case is different. Citizens are encouraged to contact the GA Department of Drivers Services Information Center to speak with someone who can take a look at your personal record and clearly explain what is needed to reinstate your drivers license.
